Vision Associates of Westfield

I have never been to such a friendly, comfortable eye doctor before! From the front desk staff, to the doctor, to the women who helped size me for glasses, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The entire experience felt relaxed and personal, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. I left feeling well taken care of and excited about my new glasses. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an eye doctor that makes you feel comfortable from start to finish!

I'd like to take a moment to express heartfelt gratitude to the Vision Associates of Westfield for their extraordinary kindness. When my mom suffered the fall that broke her hip, the impact of the fall bruised a majority of her face and broke her glasses. Initially, we planned to schedule a comprehensive eye exam once she recovered, but the goal of rehabilitation changed to hospice very quickly. With no other options in sight, (I called 3 places to see what we could do without bringing her in but they all required exams because of the length of time since her last exam) we were forced to settle for a temporary solution of using her old glasses by balancing them on her nose. Needless to say, one move of the head or nose and they fell. However, my Aunt mentioned my mom's situation to Nick from Vision Associates of Westfield while picking up her own glasses. Nick promptly called us and offered an incredible solution - replacing my mom's glasses and lenses using her old ones as a reference, a feat that others deemed impossible. This selfless act has given my mom more to look forward to on her good days, allowing her to see again and enjoy activities she likes, like reading and working on sudoku puzzles. We are going to dive in to adult coloring books together when we can as well. ❤️ The kindness and dedication shown by Vision Associates of Westfield is a shining example of what community should be, and I am deeply grateful for their compassion and expertise. They deserve all of the business and love in return.

Great experiance from start to finish! Nick greeting me as soon as I walked in the door, being a new customer it was nice. His wife, Sue took her time and helped me pick out a frame that was in my price range and very stylish. Nick then sat with me and explained all the options for lenses and the price of each item. (no one has ever done this before). And I was satisfied with the price, ($200 less then what I'm used to paying). When I picked them up, the woman who adjusted them for me was very professional and friendly. (I apologize that I do not know her name). I am overjoyed with my new glasses. I will defintely be back to visit Vision Associates of Westfield. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend the Vision Associates of Westfield for all your eye care. I cannot say enough about our positive experiences with the entire staff. They were extremely friendly, helpful, patient and kind working with my teenage son on wearing contacts. Dr Gousy was easy to communicate with and was very professional. They have a great selection of eyewear. I have been bringing my son here for a couple years now and will continue to do so. You won’t be disappointed!

Changed insurance after I had a new prescription, so I cannot attest to any doctors. I did buy prescription sunglasses, and that was the probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had in years. First visit to pick out frames: super helpful, I wasn't left to wander aimlessly. I had questions and got answers. Glasses were ready very, very quickly! Ordered them Friday afternoon and picked them up on Thursday. Second visit went better than the first. I wanted the sunglasses for motorcycle riding and the optometrist had me bring in my helmet and we did the adjustment while I was wearing it. She adjusted them perfectly, the progressive lens change was exactly where I asked for it to be. Kinda shocked, not used to having a perfect visit TWICE. Sorry for the long-winded review, but I felt it was worth telling.
