I have had glasses for as long as I can remember going from one place to another for my eye exam. I chose Western MA Eye Care after reading the reviews. Dr. Camerota was outstanding! She was professional and extremely efficient. She explained everything she was doing and why. She answered all my questions. Also, Jennifer was extremely welcoming and helpful in picking out my new glasses. Thank you for everything and see you both next year!!

Great experience! The doctor was very thorough with all tests and communicating the results. Love that patients have the option to have pictures taken of your eyes versus pupil dilation.

Dr. Camerota is phenomenally adept at placing patients at ease and guiding them through every step/equipment function/motion/sounds of the appointment. Conveyance of medical detail is easy to understand! She answered my questions with attentiveness and clearly wrote details down on paper, a valued gesture for this old school individual! Dr. Camerota is a symphony of expertise and grace with every note in place.

Her staff is a pleasure to work with, my entire visit from eye exam to purchasing new glasses was a great experience! The selection of eyeglass frames is a great mix of styles. I would highly recommend! Easy to get to, and plenty of parking.
