First time here after just moving to Tennessee. Have to find all new doctors and this was one of the first. Dr Pemberton is amazing and listens to everything. Staff was amazing and put up with my husband’s personality lol Very friendly and highly recommend.

This doctor and his staff are amazing. Although they are busy. There really was not much of a wait time. Very through and took time to explain. My favorite doctor and staff. Fresh cookies too.
The office staff and associates are very nice and friendly. They make you feel at ease during your entire visit. Dr Steven is great. He works with you to find the correct solution and he takes what ever time that is needed to make sure everything is correct.
I was referred to Dr. Kyle Kragenbrink, and I’m so glad I was! He provided education, next possible steps and a plan. The appointment process was easy, the office staff were helpful, and the selection was surprising- made my choice more difficult! Highly recommend this practice!
The eye doctors there are amazing. But, when it comes to getting your frames it is a different story. My insurance pays $150 towards frames. The only frames they have my insurance covers is there "BARGAIN BIN" a small section with kids, men's and women's to choose from. When I saw the sign that said 50% off Mother's day special I took another look at the frames. Once I found a pair ... the lady said "OH NO" you have insurance that does not apply to you. Although the sign nowhere said that. I believe that's false advertising, and they made me feel like I wanted something for nothing. Insurance or not, they are still making money on the frames and should honor even people using insurance. I am so disappointed with Vision Concepts that I have gone to for years that I will start looking for a new vision care place. There are so many to choose from I do not have to use them.
