Everytime we walk in, the lady at the front wearing her hair in a ponytail/glasses, is always pretty rude sadly, especially today. She needs to work on her customer service skills a little bit more please. She always make us feel unwelcomed; and like we’re bothering her when we walk in to pick up an order; or for a follow up. But the Doctor is always great! The ONLY reason we come to this location. Thank you!
I was having trouble with a pair of glasses I bought there a few months ago. The first guy who adjusted my glasses, as it turned out, made them worse. When I came back a few days later, Ronnie helped me. I'd never met him until then, and he was phenomenal!. He knew what he was doing! He wrestled with them and never gave up! He was fun to watch? He was determined and felt so good in the end because he fixed my problem! If (or when) I need to go back and Ronnie can help me, he da man !!!!! He works there Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
First time going to America's best, staff were all very friendly, doctor was very informational about my eyes that I had never been told before, the ladies helping me with my glasses went out of their way to assist me with the ones I wanted. I haven't had new glasses in 3 1/2 years, and I was able to get two pair here at America's Best for what I paid for one pair so many years ago and that's with insurance. I would recommend to anyone.
I've been wearing glasses since I was 18 im 62 now, and I must say my whole experience at this location was by far superior over any place I've been. From the front desk to the lady that checked my eyes to the exam and to pick out my frames . I no longer have to settle just for a pair of glasses I now have America Best !!!
Had an appointment same day I called. Everyone that worked with me was great. Michael and Rosemary were very helpful. Glad I called today. Highly recommend America's Best and Springfield's Best! Thanks guys.
