I was very disappointed with my experience today. The man at the front desk was extremely rude and made unnecessary remarks about my grandson. My grandson did stand up for a moment, but someone was holding him the entire time. He was not running around, playing, or causing a disturbance. I was simply talking to my daughter when the man told me, “This isn’t a pediatric office or a playground.” I wasn’t even speaking to him, so I was very taken aback by the way he approached me. If there was a concern, it could have been addressed respectfully and professionally. His attitude and the way he spoke to me made me feel so uncomfortable that I decided not to continue with my appointment. I didn’t even get the opportunity to have my eye exam because of how uncomfortable the situation became. The young lady at the front was very sweet, helpful, and professional, and I truly appreciated her kindness. Unfortunately, because of the way I was treated, I have decided to take my business and my family’s services somewhere else. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and I expected a much more professional experience. Not kid friendly at all .
