Updated review 6/15/26: I received a call from Leanne, the office manager, regarding my review. The office took accountability and did not make excuses, and that goes a long way. I appreciate the time that she took out of her day to reach out and provide exceptional customer service. Updated to 4 stars! Unpleasant experience with one particular woman today, 6/12/26. I arrived at the office around 3:45-3:50 so that I could sign a release form for my son (for them to receive his records from his current/old provider). They close at 4:00 yet the door was locked, so I knocked on it because the lights were on so I figured someone was still there. Eventually a woman came to the door and I explained that I was there to sign a release form and I asked why the door was locked if they close at 4. She said that the front office staff were gone for the day and that's really a front office issue. I told her that I just spoke with someone yesterday and they told me that I could come in any time before 4, so I responded by letting them know that I would be dropping by the next day to sign the paperwork. She let's me into the office and I hear her telling the other women that "she said that she spoke with someone yesterday and that she has an appointment" and I immediately corrected her by saying "I never told you that I had an appointment." She had the nerve to get an attitude and says "you just told me that you had an appointment" and I told her that she can't hear and I never said that, because I didn't. After that, she went to her desk in a huff and I interacted with the other women there, thankfully. I will take my son to his appointment next month just so that we can establish care (new to the area) but this woman irritated me so bad that I don't want to go here. She was just annoyed that I showed up 10-15 minutes before closing, but all that I had to do was sign something and I was told to come in anytime before 4:00. Super unprofessional.
