I guess they're good and all, but is it worth waiting 10 to 15 minutes just to check in? I mean before anyone speaks to you at all. Same wait to check out. Im sure this is easily solved.
The online profile that I completed prior to my appointment was easy to navigate. I was ushered to the exam room very quickly upon my arrival. Everyone was highly professional and friendly. The doctor was informative and thorough. Check out was efficient. The entire experience was positive.
From the moment I scheduled my appointment until the moment I was leaving the Dallas location everyone was wonderful and so very friendly! Very helpful and kind! Dr. Farrell was awesome! This will be my place from now on! Thank you!
This place is wonderful. The receptionists , nurses and the Dr. we're all very polite and and welcoming. Everything was explained to me in language I understand and the dr. made sure my prescription was covered by my insurance before I even left the building. I would definitely recommend if your in need of an eye doctor. Plus I got my appointment quickly!!
I've been going to eye care specialists for years, and seeing Dr. Farrell she is excellent with all of my needs and helps me and explains everything thoroughly with me also comes up with solutions or options and recommendations to further my eye care health, im very happy with her and all of the staff they have always been helpful and very friendly and accommodating to me and as far as I've seen on my visits they are consistent with all customers as well.
