I have been a long-time customer of Vision Max Optometry. However, since the owner stopped managing this location, the management has become disorganized. I am shocked that my eyeglass order, which was fully paid for over a year ago, still has not been delivered. What’s worse, no one has ever contacted me or provided any explanation regarding the delay.
My third time here and I would definitely recommend small office very quiet and peaceful the employees are so kind and knowledgeable and seriously super patient with us as we could not choose eye glasses quickly I appreciated the two girls that helped us very nice Linette and Ruby were helpful and I appreciated their wonderful customer service
Dr. Hung and assistant Jinny were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. We are grateful for their help and the care they provided to our Dad.
