Dr. Paul is excellent at what he does. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about his patients. I have been to many eye doctors, even in different countries, trying to find the right treatment and prescription for my eyes, but no one has been able to get it right the way Dr. Paul does. I always found myself coming back because of the quality of his care, attention to detail, and expertise. That’s how I know he is one of the best in his field. I’m very grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding eye doctor. Thank you, Dr. Paul! On a side note, the entire office staff is also amazing. Everyone is welcoming, helpful, and provides excellent customer service, making every visit a positive experience from start to finish.

I hate eyeballs and my least favorite type of doctor... but appreciate how smart they were. I normally had a lot of fear especially coming out of an ER visit related to my eyes. This appointment was so easy and they were able to identify the issues and keep me calm. I appreciated both their knowledge and patient care.

I went to Vision North today as a new client. My insurance changed and my last provider does not accept the new insurance. The staff at Vision North is extremely supportive and friendly. From the reception desk to picking out glasses Vision North met all my expectations. Dr. Pidgeon was the optometrist I saw today. She was very thorough and explained everything that was going on.
