Great experience from start to finish! Kind front desk, Extremely thorough eye exam, contacts covered by our insurance, caring staff! We liked that this office and doctor did not try to constantly upsell us (as others do) and was not pushy. They gave us options and let us choose what was right for us. We found our Seattle eye doctor!!
Wonderful people, this is a very quality, very classy place. The optometrist is at the top of her master class. The staff is super knowledgeable and caring. Honestly, I don't think I have ever never been treated so well. And I thank them from the wholeness of my heart!
Really lovely clinic, very ideally located in central Seattle. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and professional. Really easy and thorough appointment, and I just enjoyed how relaxed but organized it all was. Glad to have found my new eye doc!
I would love to say how stellar this business is! Long story short- I’m not from Washington (I’m traveling for work), and when I unpacked my bags, I realized I forgot to pack my contacts. I called and they were able to work with me to get me some contacts for my stay. Truly grateful for them, as I get really bad migraines without my contacts. I would definitely recommend!
Extremely proficient, professional shop with a great doctor and great staff. Diagnosed my issue correctly after a misdiagnosis at another clinic, and helped with the after-care I needed. Cannot recommend them more-they really are the best.
