The staff was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I haven't had to buy new glasses in 4 years. I thought the cost was high.

They used an AI bot to gauge my prescription and the doctor who I talked to was over video call, and only showed me some images of my eyes (cool) before peacing out after about three minutes. Definitely would’ve liked to know the process before hand, cause if I had I would’ve gone somewhere else.

Everyone at Vision Pro was very friendly and patient. They offered assistance in determining what frames look better on me and also offered to look at all the color options they have for the frames I liked. They confirmed exactly what I was able to get with my insurance. The Dr. answered my questions in detail so I understood the reasons “why” and what would be the best option for me. I highly recommend Vision Pro.
