I stopped into Power’s Eye Care to have my Tiffany & Co. sunglasses adjusted, and the experience was wonderful. The gals at the front desk were so kind, professional, and helpful. They took great care of me and made sure my sunglasses fit comfortably. The office is spotless, beautiful, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and customers. Thank you for the outstanding service!

This place is so clean, I am super impressed with the set up in he main lobby, the shelves were spotless, smells good inside the furniture was super classy, I’ve been to many optical over the years but I have never seen such a beautiful optical in my life. Staff is very welcoming and professional, was greeted by everyone with a smile. This place is top tier and I was super impressed if I could give 10 stars I would because this place deserve it.
The eye exam was great got my prescription and they gave it to me and said have a great day so I left they didn't even ask me if I wanted to buy any glasses so I left I guess you need to make a separate appointment for glasses.
I was definitely nervous going into it because it was my first ever eye exam but everyone was super nice and clear with instructions and setting my expectations for what each machine will do. It was super comforting to know what to expect. I went to Erin Petersen and she was so positive and nice and helped me to understand what my prescription even meant and what to do with it.
I called for my prescription. They would not email it to me because of hipaa issues. This is fair. They told me I could show up in person. I drove to the office and they were all gone at 4:45... they were supposed to be open until 6. I understand being stressed and busy.. but don't close before your advertised hours.
