We were visiting local family on our way through to Branson. Our son broke his glasses hours before we needed to leave for our two week trip. Vision Quest not only fixed his glasses for the trip, they also counseled us on warranties and support going forward for when we got home. Absolutely professional, amazing and so compassionate. Highly recommend! And a huge thanks to Danielle who took care of all this for us!

I called Vision Quest in Midland to get an appointment as soon as possible as my normal eye doctor was 4 months out for an appointment. Fortunately I could get in right away. When I got there, I noticed how nice the office/waiting area was, Donna was pleasant and friendly making me feel instantly comfortable. She had me fill out a paper and Dr. Ruggles immediately took me back, gave me my exam which was quick but thorough. I was impressed! (Nice exam room as well) The price for out of pocket contacts eye exam was slightly cheaper then the other places I had called. I'm wearing my trial contacts now, they ordered my contacts and they will be sent directly to my house. I've never had such a pleasant visit to an eye doctor as I have today. I'm so happy I switched, I WILL BE staying here! Thank You Donna and Dr. Ruggles for being so great with me! I will be referring you from now on.
