I can't say enough good things about Dr Graham and his team. I had feared having cataract surgery but after meeting Dr Graham all those fears went away. My surgery was painless and I immediately saw better. I was so pleased that I started counting the days until I got my second eye done. Dr Graham is very kind and took the time to explain everything about the surgery and asked if I had any questions. If you need cataract surgery Dr Graham and his team are who you need to go see. I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

I CAN SEE, again. Cataract surgery perfection. I received all the information that I needed to make an informed decision. The staff was/is always kind and professional. Dr. Graham explained everything and did a SUPERB job of getting my eyesight where it should be. What a life changer. Can't say enough good things about the Bay City and the Midland office. Don' t even think of going elsewhere.

Dr. Graham is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He takes all the time you need to explain your diagnosis and treatment. His staff is polite and courteous as well.

I would give this place a negative star if it would let me! I had an exam and got a new pair of glasses over $500 to find out he changed my Perscription and said I been wearing too strong of glasses which I had for years and I picked up my glasses wore them for a few days to adjust my eyes like he said but they are still not strong enough and makes me feel wierd wearing them and I definitely can't wear them driving! I asked if I could return them and they said there is nothing they can do! So I'm stuck with these glasses and $500 down the drain! This is not fair to me why couldn't they just go by my usual Perscription ! I never had this problem and I switched to this place because I heard good reviews but they are not 100% behind their services as I cannot replace the ones I just got! Do not come here if you can't have confidence they will take care of any problems that they did wrong don't waste your money !!!
