I cannot express how grateful I am to be a patient here. Every visit I’ve made over the last 2+ years here have always gone really smoothly and i’ve always felt cared for when it comes to my eye health. Very professional, clean, and efficient. The equipment here feels state-of-the-art and not something that’s gonna poke my eye out or cause discomfort to get results. Any questions I have about my eye health, procedures and recommendations always get answered. I’m very appreciative of the doctor and staff on-board. I’m definitely planning on keeping them as my go-to for everything eye-related, and I recommend you do so to.

Elle was very personable, knowledgeable, and patient in her explanations and as to why certain add-ons to lenses were beneficial! Dr. Chai was very kind and we sparked an interesting conversation. I would highly recommend anyone that is interested in good service or a collector of fine frames with custom lenses to go here. The staff is absolutely wonderful and will help you every step of the way.

I don't normally leave reviews but Vision Republic genuinely deserves one. From my first visit to final collection, the level of care and professionalism here is exceptional. Far beyond what you'd expect from a typical optician. Elle in particular went above and beyond. She sourced a rare Matsuda M5009 frame that proved genuinely difficult to find and ensured the entire process was handled with complete care and attention to detail. The fit is precise, the lens package is outstanding, and I left feeling like a valued customer rather than just another sale. Dr. Chau and the whole team clearly take pride and care in what they do.
