Vision Source Eyecare - Crossroads

Yesterday, I sat on my glasses. One of the nose pads broke off. I spent the rest of the day sad as the remaining plastic piece dug into my skin. I’m only visiting Kansas City so I was resigned to just be uncomfortable for the next four days until I could get home and get my glasses fixed. On my way to get coffee this morning, I walked past Vision Source. “Maybe they can fix my glasses,” I thought to myself. I walked in with low expectations: I had no appointment and I wasn’t a local customer. The absolute angels at Vision Works replaced both nose pads on my glasses so that they were even. They cleaned the lenses and tightened all the screws. My glasses look new and they don’t hurt my face. I would have paid literally any amount of money and they did it all for free in five minutes because, as they said, “Repairs are always free.” These folks deserve your business. They are wonderful.

Great experience, highly recommend. The ladies there go above and beyond. They hear all your concerns and make sure you get exactly what you need. Flew in to visit my cousin and ran out of contacts and they helped me immediately and easily without a hassle. Great people. Would definitely come back

I moved to KCMO recently and have been past due for an eye exam. I saw that this place is a few minute walk from where I live, so I decided to try it. I had a good experience here. The woman who did my initial intake was nice. The doctor doing the eye exam, Dr. Burton was nice, and we discussed how we freakishly have the same birthday, including the year. I came to shop, and ended up buying 3 pairs of regular glasses and 1 pair of prescription sunglasses. I had two ladies helping me pick out glasses, Rameisha and another lady. They suggested some frames and spent time helping me choose. I was told that the glasses would come within 7-10 business days, and the sunglasses would take up to 15 business days. I got all of my glasses within 7-10 business days. All of the glasses came with hard cases and cleaning cloths, and Vision source supplied some glasses cleaner as well. I have worn my Tom Ford glasses (thick black frames) twice, and got compliments on them both days that I wore them. All in all, I don't have any complaints about my experience here. Several of the frames come at a hefty cost, but there are some more affordable options as well.
