We recently moved to Tyler and Vision Source came highly recommended. They weren’t wrong. Vision Source has a wonderful and kind staff! I really loved Dr Katie Marshall. She took the time to talk to me and explain everything about my eye exam. I really appreciated the hometown feel!
I took my 15 year-old daughter here to get an eye exam. They were able to get her in As a new patient within a few days. I had been calling around and the waitlist at other places was 2 to 3 months. The staff was kind, efficient and knowledgeable from calling to book to checking out. The facility was Aesthetically pleasing inside and out!
The establishment was clean, the appointment was on time and the staff were all so amazing! They also explained step by step to my inquisitive 7 year old and he appreciated that. 10/10
We love Dr Marshall, she is great with kids & adults. I was worried with my new need for glasses, that I could not find some that I liked. Her optician helped me and they have such a great selection! 100% highly recommend.
A huge shout out to Vision Source!! Everyone there was so kind to me yesterday I went in and I had all three of my children one with special needs and we were definitely loud and my son was stemming. My other two children were misbehaving and it was not a typical day. My children usually behave better but I think they just got sugar and I don’t even know what I was very stressed and on top of that the news I got about my eye was not the best news. But I couldn’t be more thankful for the doctor Rachael, who was so informative and answered all my questions and was so kind and patient with my family. Also, this sweet girl who assisted in all my pre-test testing before the doctor saw me was just the sweetest kindest person. Great staff will continue going and have been going to Vision Source for several years. Also thanks for the fun glasses you gave our kids.!posted a photo haha
