When I went in, I told the young lady that I was not fitted correctly with the glasses I had on. She never got up from the desk/personal phone. She told me which glasses I could look through that my insurance would cover. I picked a pair. She entered the info/script into the computer. She said they would be ready in 2 weeks; however, they would probably be ready before that time. Indeed they were! I walked in to pick up my glasses, and two young ladies (the same lady with pink hair and another lady) were sitting there in the same place, on their phones as before. The same lady who helped me (sort of) pick out my frames told me to come back to the fitting table. She told me where to sit, she retrieved my glasses from a drawer, and NEVER SAT DOWN across from me. I asked her if my glasses needed to be adjusted. She said, "They look fine to me." So, now I have ANOTHER pair of glasses that have never been fitted. And I can't replace them for two years due to insurance. I like the glasses I picked out, but I will never return to Visionworks. Thank you for another two years of ill-fitting glasses. 🤓 P.S. You calling me after reading my review and asking me to come in and get my glasses adjusted "IF THEY NEED IT!" does not solve the problem! I made 2/60-mile trips to get my glasses at your store. How about you do your job when the customer comes into your store? I already told you I will never return to Visionworks.
