This is the best eye visit I have experienced. the physician and the optician are kind, polite and have great personalities. the assistant is a beautiful person and has a kind , sweet gentle heart about her. i would recommend this place to anyone looking for a eye exam and glasses or contacts. I just want to take a moment to say how wonderful my experience was at the eye doctor’s office. From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out, Savannah made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism truly stood out, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. The rest of the staff members were also amazing — friendly, attentive, and very professional. The nurse was incredibly kind and helpful, and the doctor was absolutely great, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and making me feel at ease throughout my visit. It’s rare to find an office where every single person treats you with such care and respect. Thank you all for such an outstanding experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care and amazing staff!
We've been coming here for years, and have only ever had a good experience! But today was probably the best one yet. I saw a few new faces from the last time we were there, and was pleased to find that the environment had only improved. The employees were all very friendly, helpful, and willing to answer any questions I had about picking out frames with our insurance in mind. They were accommodating, and maintained an environment that makes the patrons feel welcome & comfortable. And once we chose our frames, Grace was a great lense specialist. (We've also used Randy in the past, multiple times, and he's wonderful too. Both are very friendly and personable.) The optometrist is great too. Very knowledgeable and willing to sit down and explain anything about your prescription you'd want to know. I would definitely recommend giving this location a try. ☺️
Mrs. Robin was really amazing and had such amazing customer service. Coukdnt adk for a better Csr. I definitely recommend her n i will definitely be vack to see her. She was awesome. Thank you Mrs Robin. We appreciate you greatly.
I have so pleased over the years with Dr.McGough but I really appreciate the service and time Randy spent finding glasses that were my style and fitting them perfectly. He literally came out with twenty pairs for me to try. He stayed within my budget and generally was so very nice!!!! Yes!!! I would recommend them!!!
