The doctor is wonderful but staff did not let me know I was not going to receive my contact lenses prescription even though I did a contact lens exam.

My husband and I both went for our appointment on the same day. The staff were friendly. The young lady who helped me with my initial eye exam was kind, personable and friendly. The Doctors care was better than what we have known in the past. She answered our questions in detail and was also very proficient. She was honest and knowledgeable. We are thankful for Dr. Ramirez-Shank!

In and out in record time! Probably the best experience at an optometrist. Highly recommend this place. Got my daughters eye exams, glasses ordered and they had zero complaints. The negative comments from the 1 star review 4 years ago seems to be upset at the world, do not pay no mind to it.

I have had my eyes examined by Dr. Ramirez-Shank for the last 3 years and I am always pleased by the friendly and professional service. The office staff is great too. I have on more than one occasion needed another copy of my prescription and they have provided me another copy without hesitation. Even the hand sanitizer used in the office is top shelf. If anyone knows me...I can be kinda critical...and I really like the Doc and her staff.

Ive been goin there for a long time with my kids & for my self won't go anywhere else everyone is very friendly & Diane is a perfect at her job.im very comfortable & happy with there job & very friendly people person service very happy customer service will always return to Diane & her employers ❣️❣️
