I was informed by the front desk prior to my visit that I would only be responsible for my $60 copay. However, when I checked out, a different staff member told me that my balance was $170. When I explained that I had previously been told I would only need to pay $60, she stated that it was a mistake but that I was still responsible for paying the full $170
Doctor Rothman is a knowledgeable and caring person. A friend of my recommended doctor Rothman for my son to have A-OK program. We're very satisfied with my son's eyes condition. I’ve never had an issue obtaining an appointment, and the wait time is fair. The stuffs are very friendly. I would highly recommend them.
