I had a great visit! Everyone was very helpful and my appointment was quick and informational. Dr. Powell was fantastic. Made sure my contacts were comfortable and provided me with samples on the same day to my request. I came in as a new patient with no insurance. Definitely would come again!
Doctor Powell and the staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Powell asked me all the important questions regarding my family history. He listened attentively and didn’t rush. Gave me great recommendations and explained what was going on with my vision. After a crazy day at work it was great speaking to someone who cares. I got a comprehensive eye exam and picked out the perfect pair of glasses. I would recommend! Shout out Lisa she was very funny kind and helpful.
I brought my prescription sunglasses in today to update my lenses. Matt made the whole process seem so easy. From the time I walked in to the time I left, he was very thorough, professional and friendly. Showed me my options from basic to ultra and didn't act pushy to get me to spend more than I thought was necessary. Thank you for such great service Matt!!
Today I had an eye appointment concerning my cataracts returning. From the moment I walked through the door the receptionist was friendly and polite, once I was escorted to the exam room the tech was very knowledgeable and patient with me. The optometrist Dr. Esack was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.
I would recommend this to everyone. The place is so cozy, and the staffs were very friendly. Especially to Matt. He did above and beyond taking care of the customer. I just asked to clean my eyeglasses but he also took care of repairing the loose screws in it. Kudos to him.
