VAL-Uvision – Regency Park

I would stay far far away from this place. I paid for an eye exam and they told me I only needed glasses to see far away. I ordered a home and work pair. 2 different glasses. When I got them I was able to see better far away but when it came to reading something 3ft (36") away it was really blurry. I could see way better close up before the glasses, so now there telling me I have to pay another $205 to fix my perception when they are the professionals that should have caught that during the first vision test. I went there for them to help my vision, not make it way worse. I wouldn't recommend this company ( location Atlantic Blvd) to my worst enemy.

I had a great experience getting my glasses at Value Vision! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The eye exam was quick, professional, and the doctor explained everything clearly. They had a good selection of frames, and someone helped me pick out the perfect pair that fit my style and budget. The prices were very reasonable compared to other places I looked at, and there were no hidden fees or pressure to upgrade. My glasses were ready faster than I expected, and the fit was perfect. I’ve been wearing them every day since, and the quality is great. I can definitely see the difference—literally! If you’re looking for affordable, reliable glasses with great service, I highly recommend Value Vision. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pretty good place only was disappointed because they wouldn't put my prescription in my rayban meta glasses that I already owned, they wanted me to spend close to $600 for the same model I already owned and bought for half that price, the mark-up is ridiculous but other than that the drs are great and the staff was cool 😎

I had a very disappointing experience with Value Vision. I brought in my own frames because they are unique and have gold metal nose pads that other stores don’t provide or sell. Not only was I overcharged nearly $500 just for lenses (not the frames), but when I finally received my glasses, I discovered that my original nose pads had been removed and replaced with cheap, low-quality ones! The original gold nose pads and screws were switched out without my permission, which is completely unacceptable. This was the main reason I provided my own frames in the first place, yet they were tampered with and downgraded. I waited patiently for my glasses, only to be disappointed and feel taken advantage of. I cannot recommend Value Vision based on this experience — customers should not have to deal with unauthorized changes to their property or be overcharged like this. BEWARE ⚠️

I’ve been going for at least a decade their service has always been great! They have taken great care of me and both of my sons. I highly recommend them for both contacts and glasses.
