From start to finish, the entire process was efficient, professional, and surprisingly enjoyable. Dr. Dao was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly while maintaining a warm and personable demeanor. It's obvious that patient care is a top priority, and I left feeling confident that I had received a comprehensive and accurate eye exam. Page, the optician, was equally impressive. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient in helping me select the right eyewear. What truly stood out was her ability to combine professionalism with a great sense of humor, making the entire experience both comfortable and enjoyable. Together, Dr. Dao and Page make an outstanding team. Their professionalism, expertise, efficiency, and positive attitudes created one of the best healthcare customer service experiences I've had in a long time.
