Rosalia is amazing! I had a delay in scheduling a referral to a specialist and needed a refill on a prescription that would run out. Rosalia took the initiative to handle this for me. She kept in contact with me for over a week to make sure my pharmacy received the order. There are so many businesses and managers who only do the bare minimum when it comes to helping customers. Rosalia treated me like a VIP even though she had her own daily duties and responsibilities to attend to. Vision Unlimited and it's customers are lucky to have her working there!

I had the pleasure of visiting vision unlimited at hialeah office .Rosalia was incredibly thorough during my exam and took the time to explain each step of the process.i appreciated how she answers all my questions with patience and make sure i understood everything clearly.Rosalia was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about my eye health. Great Staff 😍🙏 the place was extra clean and organized. Customer service was beyond expected. The way they work makes you feel like home. We were a family of four and without regret we will definitely come back. And recommend the place. I personally know Rosalia the Manager of the place. She cares about you and enjoys her profession. My experience at Vision Unlimited is the best ! I have been a client for the past 8 years. I use to go to the doral office and know to Hialeah.great selection of glasses! The machines are all top end and the staff is friendly and professional. I always get my eyes checked out with Rosalia she’s wonderful! Highly recommend to anyone!
