My visits at Visionary Eye Doctors and in particular my care under Dr. Reena Garg have all been great. Patient check-in and flow is smooth and efficient. I have not had to wait for long periods of time. Nearly all of the techs I have worked with (that do the screening/initial testing) are friendly, cheerful, patient, and explain everything they are about to do. Dr. Garg is very knowledgeable, personable, and spends all the time needed to answer my questions and explain the clinical decision making. I fully trust my eye care with Dr. Garg's expertise. And it has been easy also to arrange follow up care; the scheduling process has been efficient. Overall, very pleased with the eye care I have received.

I absolutely love this eye doctor! The professionalism is top-notch, and the customer service is truly A1. The office is always nice, tidy, and clean, which makes every visit comfortable. I love all of the staff! Everyone is so friendly, professional, helpful, and welcoming. They always make me feel comfortable and valued. The wait time is also great, and they do an excellent job keeping you informed throughout your visit. They take the time to clearly explain everything so you understand the services you’re receiving, what may be needed, and what to expect. Overall, I highly recommend Visionary Eye Doctor. I had an excellent first experience with Visionary Eye Doctors. I've been having trouble with one eye and when I called for an appointment next week, the scheduler took the initiative to ask about my symptoms, recognized they required attention sooner, and fit me in to see Dr. Moainie the next morning. In the office the reception staff was friendly and professional. The waiting time to get started was quite short. The woman who checked my vision was both skilled and very pleasantly upbeat. Dr. Moainie is clearly a highly experienced doctor who carefully listens to his patients, and helps to address their concerns. He was able to diagnose the problem with my eye quickly. I am very glad I found this practice!

I have been seeing Dr. Saeed for the last 5 years but her expertise no longer outweighs the negative aspects of how this office is managed. I have a laundry list of how terribly I have been treated. I am just listing the highlights. 1). I had an appointment on May 29th to update my scleral lenses. The appointment took 2 1/2 hours because of wait times. 2) after the appointment I was told they would order my lenses. This week I was on the phone every day with someone at the office but no one could tell me if the lenses had been ordered. Finally today I was told that the doctor isn't within my insurancevand I'd have to pay out of pocket. 3). When I had my cross linking surgery 2 years ago the billing department incorrectly filed my claim and tried to make me pay out of pocket, I spent months on the phone with them every day until finally they realized they filed under the wrong code. 4). Several times I wasn't correctly signed in for an appointment 5). Turned away from appointment several times because of over booking Needless to say I would not recommend this to anyone anymore. Despite the same excellent doctors.
