Visionary Eyecare at Murabella

I had a wonderful experience with Visionary Eyecare. The office was clean and inviting. The entire staff was pleasant, fun, caring, and made me feel truly valued as a patient. I especially appreciated that they never tried to upsell me on anything, which made the visit feel honest and comfortable. Dr. Vieth is extremely knowledgeable and warm. I had lots of questions, and she answered all of them patiently and professionally. I truly feel she has my best interest in mind, and I am very grateful to be under her care. The whole experience felt like a Disney-level experience compared to my previous eye doctor offices.

My name is Glenda Sweeting. I have been a patient at Visionary EyeCare at Murabella for about 12 years. During that time I have purchased numerous frames and have been extremely happy with the selections. A beautiful frame enhances the appearance and when you HAVE to wear something on your face in order to see, you want it to be special. Look back at your records and you will see that I have spent thousands of dollars. This is the first time I have had to complain. I recently had to change my frames to accommodate a new prescription. The choices were dull, dark, and uninviting. I selected a Gucci but they wouldn't fit, so I selected a Tom Ford...not because I loved them, or even like them, but because they fit and there was absolutely NOTHING classy, elegant, or chic from which to choose. I wanted to switch these out, but there was nothing in the collection that I wanted. I loved getting new frames. I loved the color, the originality, the style ANd THE "WHERE DID YOU GET THOSE GLASSES?" compliments. My new frames are dull, they are washy, and NO ONE has said a thing about them. They are...invisible and ugly. I have no idea who changed the selections, but they need to take a long hard look and change them back. I love Ashley Noegle , my optometrist. She is amazing and I will continue to see her, the office staff and technicians are absolutely priceless, BUT, I will never again purchase a frame from this current selection. I will take my business to Warby Parker or someone who sells CoCoSong and other stylish frames that are as much a piece of art as a tool to see the world. Why should I settle? And I am not alone in how I feel.

I would definitely recommend Visionary Eyecare, I only gave 4 stars for one reason, I asked them to only put 1 drop of the dilation in my eyes as they dilate very fast and they put 2. But all in all from the staff to the doctor, everyone was very friendly and professional. I have a follow-up appointment in one month to check my multiple issues. I’m sure thing will be even better. It was my pleasure meeting everyone

The Dr & Staff were great. The place is very clean and in order. We were offered refreshments at check in. What stood out for us the most was the care and support while our daughter learned how to put on contact lenses for the first time. My daughter came home feeling confident in wearing her new contact lenses consistently. I would recommend Vision Eyecare to my friends and family.

I haven had an eye exam in over 15 years because I thought my vision was perfect after lasick surgery. Staff was very friendly, I found out my vision is not perfect and that I had sun damage and beginnings of Cataracts. Great selection and I have never picked out frames so quickly. Michelle made sure I was able to get the highest value from my vision plan. Sending my family members and co-workers to Visionary.
