I have seen Dr Klipplinger each year for the past three years for my dry eye condition and for my diabetic eye exams. She has been a great doctor, very throughout, and knowledgeable. She has an awesome staff that is organized and knowledgeable and they all work together to give me the best care. I really appreciate them being here in Monroe.
Dr. Kylee and the entire staff are so very friendly and knowledgeable. They do not make you feel rushed, and they spend quality time making sure you are well taken care of. They truly value you and your needs. The office is very clean, and they sanitize everything before your exam. When my sample contacts arrived, I received a card in the mail that was signed by the entire staff. Such a nice touch for this day and age! Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at another local eye doctor. They rushed through everything, and it was extremely stressful. Fortunately, I found Visionary. I'm never going anywhere else, and I can not speak highly enough of the quality care I received.
Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work with me on scheduling my appointment. The woman who gave me my exam explained everything she was doing and also the machines she was using. The doctor was great. She explained everything,also gave me options about my possible path forward and what to expect from it.
Dr. Kleppinger is great! She’s very thorough and kind! Her staff is always helpful and friendly! I have only wonderful things to say about this office and would recommend them to anyone!
Had an issue with something in my eye and Dr kylee assured me its nothing to worry about they see much worse all the time and before I knew it despite my fear of my eyes being touched she removed the object and had me finally enjoying my day. Would highly recommended them to anyone in need of anything eye related very friendly, professional, amd clean environment.
