Just had an appointment with Dr. Elm today and could not recommend him more highly. It was the best eye appointment I've had in a long while. He took the time to provide clear information, discuss my options and explained everything he was doing. None of the appointment was a mystery, which I appreciated. Very friendly and approachable!

Dr. Yang, Gabriel, and Brandon were incredibly professional, patient, and solution-oriented from beginning to end. When the original lenses needed to be corrected, they went above and beyond — including providing a complimentary exam to ensure everything was perfect. That level of care is rare. When ongoing structural concerns with the frames arose, the team remained responsive, transparent, and committed to making it right. They ultimately approved an exchange for a different frame color, which I genuinely appreciate. It is clear that they stand behind what they sell and value long-term client relationships over short-term transactions. Amazing place with an amazing catalogue of high end frames staff is very wonderful and friendly and will talk you through the cost of your glasses transparently my prescription glasses took less then 3 days to come in!! If that’s not efficient I don’t know what is highly recommend!
