I love the doctor Olivia, I have been going here for several years and the staff this last encounter has made me move locations. Opticians were very, very rude and made my 10 year old cry and feel very uncomfortable about the frames she had picked out. Very unprofessional woman to say the least!
The staff at VisionFirst are amazing! They were kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. Dr. Downing was very thorough and professional, and I felt confident that I was receiving excellent care as a first time patient. Alicia B. also did a fantastic job explaining the different glasses options I could choose from and was very fun to work with! I will definitely be back!
The services that I received from Vision First is excellent. Dr. Walker done a perfect job in my eye exam, to be fitted for glasses. The staff is friendly and ensured that I am properly informed about my eye health. Nana is the person that assisted me in picking out my frames. She helped me to make sure I had a good fit, also helped me with my insurance . She is kind and friendly. I have no qualms in recommending them to everyone.
I love working with the whole team at Vision First!! Always helpful and fun. I found Ashely (and everyone) to be very great at their jobs!! Keep up the good work!
