Does not stand behind the product they sell. Oakley glass frame just snapped twice in 2 months. Exact same place and was told warranty only covers one. Recieved new frames (same ones) turns out the left lense was to large for frame. Sent in to get right sized. Turns out it wasnt the frames at all.
Dr. Marcin and the entire team at VisionMaxx were incredible! Our daughter had an urgent eye injury, and they saw her promptly, handled everything with professionalism, and—most importantly—accurately diagnosed and resolved the issue. Dr. Marcin carefully removed a foreign object that had lodged in her eyelid, and his expertise and calm demeanor made a scary situation much easier to handle. We are so grateful for their care and highly recommend VisionMaxx to anyone in need of exceptional eye care!
Seldom if ever are we genuinely thankful for the gift of sight rarely thinking of just how valuable the gift of sight is until we loose our ability to see. The gift of sight was shared with a remarkable doctor and staff, from the highly technological eye exam to the eye doctor and to my final fitting of my new eye wear. My husband and I needed to get an eye exam and new glasses and it was a very positive experience! Cathy at the front desk greeted us with a smile and helped us with the paperwork. Suzette helped also with this and was wonderful, caring and helpful explaining the machines to test our eyes and expertly took care of all the tests. Dr. Marcin was fantastic with our exams and very caring and informative. He is top notch and I recommend him to anyone looking for a great eye doctor! Sam took care of the glasses and he was delightful, fun, great at customer service and a pleasure to work with! Aiden and other staff also added their helpful info and light-hearted conversation. I was very happy with the whole experience and thank Dr. Marcin and his staff for everything!
