DO NOT GO HERE. I had my eye exam here. The doctor was fine, but the guy at the front desk is the biggest jerk I've ever dealt with in a business in my entire life. He is certifiably nuts. I was supposed to receive a year's supply of contacts which is 8 boxes. I had removed one of the boxes and put them in my travel toiletry kit and forgot about it. I called Visions of Park Slope to confirm that I had received 8 boxes, and the guy kept telling me he had to call me back because someone was in the store. So I went into the store personally and explained I only received 7 boxes and not 8. He flew off the handle, called me a liar, the veins popping out of his neck, used profanity, and called me a scum bag. It was nuts. Psychotic. In the end, he refused to order me the missing box. I found the misplaced box later that day, but it doesn't change the fact that this guy is a nut case.

I had a contact emergency and Robert was incredibly helpful in helping me find a solution where several other locations had turned me away. I am also very grateful to Robert for running after me down the street when I forgot my phone.
