The checking of my eyes was very good, methodical and well established. She knows what to do. And her ability to check was good, steady, and easy for me. The results were clear. Then the doctor reviewed all details and completed the procedure. Of course his reviewed was deeper and wider. I really felt I was attended by a specialist. Then I went to choose my glasses. There are so many, but Wendy guided me in such way that allowed me to focus in what I need. She is very sweet and respectful, and at the same time she handles all the details so I could find what I like. Also she helped me to decide what was the best decision about my lenses and how to pay. Thank you, Vision Work! Now I wait with expectations my new glasses.

Absolutely wonderful team. The first time I went, my glasses were not quite correct but that was kind of brushed off. But when I went back, they took plenty of time to really make sure it was correct.

We had a great experience with the doctor. She was awesome and the person who fit us for glasses was awesome. We got our glasses. They were fine and then a week later one pair had stress cracks when I went to go back because they fix them the woman with the long gray hair was very rude and I had an argument with her. She didn't even check the glasses to see if they were OK. I asked for the manager's name and they told me REBEKAH PRICE General manager,to talk to her. She never returned my phone call and I sent her about 10 emails. None of them have been returned. She really doesn't care. I can now see why some of the people who have worked there over the years we've been going there act the way they do because the general manager REBEKAH PRICE is not a very good example of what employees should do because she's not any better. We might go back to a Visionworks, but I will drive all the way to Wesley Chapel. I won't go back to that store.

I've been going to this location for 20 years and the service today was awful. 12:15 appt for swollen eye, and waited 50 minutes to see the Doctor. Really?? Never took near this long before. And then, I get to the pharmacy and they have to call Visionworks, because Script filled out incomplete. That's nice, wait some more. Very disappointing.

These guys have taken care of my eyeglass needs for the last 10 years. They’re always on point. I’ve never had a problem. I highly recommend them.
