Efficient, personable and competent staff. Wide selection of glasses, including Maui Jim’s, my personal favorite. Excellent front desk reception. Kyril took the time to process a repair which he noted was still under warranty and his associate adjusted my frames bringing them “back to life”. More that the on site Optometrist I saw not only performed a thorough eye exam, but also provided a referral to an Ophthalmologist given some additional eye issues I am experiencing. This is my second year with this Visionworks site on Cleveland Ave. I will be returning and can highly recommend this site.

Visionworks in Fort Myers was awesome. They told me two weeks on my glasses and got my glasses back in 5 days. I usually go to eyeglass world but vision works is my go to spot now. Thank you so much to the staff the were very helpful and kind.

I broke the temple on my Ann Klein frames. The associate was very helpful with suggestions as it could not be repaired and the same colour frame has been discontinued. I was able to find them from a third party and able to still use the lenses. The associate was so gracious to switch out my frames as a courtesy. Being from out of country I was so grateful for her excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Visionworks.

I want to update my review. After purchasing my 2 pair of glasses I received a coupon for 60 percent off frames. I called Vision Works and they adjusted my price. I couldn't be happier. The manager and the associate that found and fitted my glasses were very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you Vision Works.

Dr. Tuoi was amazing! She was incredibly thorough during my exam and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and they made sure all of my questions were answered. It was clear they genuinely care about their patients and want to provide the best possible care.
