Felt inviting. 2 ladies helped me. They made me feel normal. I was changing my glasses from regular glasses to transition glasses for the first time. They to had my same experience and they emotional helped me through it by sharing their own experiences. That is quality customer service.

I was able to get an appointment at a time that worked for me. I arrived and was greeted immediately. The first test was performed and then waited a few min for the doctor, who tool her time with me and covered all my needs. After that, the associate that helped with my glasses and contacts, guided me to the best options, money wise and lenses. The whole experience was 10/10.

I was very pleased with my visit. Staff is courteous. I was seen by Dr. Minkas who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend this factor all your vision needs.

My sister-in-law brother went there and absolutely loved it. My sister-in-law got in the car and called me right away and I made my husband’s appointment when we went to the appointment. We fell in love with vision Works as well. The staff was absolutely amazing!

I bought a pair of glasses here two months ago and the leg fell off. I brought the pair back to get them repaired, foolishly thinking they would honor their product, but they informed me I would have to buy the extended warranty in order to get them repaired. An extended warranty implies there was a warranty already applied but this is not the case. This “extended warranty” scam is getting out of control. Now you need one to insert a little screw. I took them back and repaired them myself. No big deal but a place that won’t back their product does not deserve my business or yours.
