The eye exam was quick and efficient. The doctor was VERY friendly and helpful. Because my eyes were dilated for the exam, they told me that they would be sensitive to light. They gave me a roll-up tinted see-through eye cover which worked GREAT. They told me that my glasses would be ready in 2 weeks. There are ready in half that time, and I am picking up both sets of glasses today. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

This establishment used to have very friendly and helpful staff. I have been a customer for nearly 22 years. However, my recent experience has not been positive. I have requested a transition lenses upgrade on at least three occasions, however, it was not provided as promised. I was informed that I did not request the service. Eventually, someone else assisted me. When I went to pick up my eyeglasses, some women told me that I'm a rude.

A positive and professional experience from start to finish! Mandy and Lorin went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Mandy and Erica were also delightful to deal with. I forgot the Doctors name but she was very professional and did a great job making it enjoyable.

I had a very pleasant experience getting all my optical needs addressed at Visionworks. The staff here was very helpful and attentive to all of my concerns, especially Kyla when I had issues trying to apply for a rebate. She went over and above to get it straightened out when I was having technical issues. Also, I would like to compliment the eyeglass tech Mandy, as she was also very attentive to my needs and took plenty of time to be sure I got what I needed.

I took my daughter to her appointment for her eye exam we had a great experience I’d recommend coming very friendly kind office staff and the doctor did such a great job.
