I went into the store today and wanted to pick out some new frames for my glasses. Gracie with a bright smile helped me. She found a pair of frames that were very modern and light weight. She was so friendly and made my experience a wonderful one. I am very grateful for her assistance today. I will recommend her to my friends.

I just barely got to see the doctor because I had went to the store in Countryside who didn't have a Dr.on Saturdays so he called down to the Largo place. The eye exam was pretty standard although it had been a while since I've had my eyes dilated . Afterwards Eva helped with picking out my new glasses, she was incredibly helpful especially since I didn't have the greatest of insurances!! Anyways I'm just really excited to see my new glasses!!

I have gone to another location of Optical Outlets for over a decade. I made an appointment For today in the Largo office for the first time, due to where I was located. What a huge difference from where I had been going. Dr. Reed is wonderful, extremely thorough and explains everything to you in great detail. My exam was extremely detailed. I was greeted immediately when I walked in, one of the employees came to help me right away and confirm my paperwork, etc. When it was time to pick out glasses with My now reduced insurance allowance, Gracie was incredible! She took the time to reconfigure my order a few times to find me the glasses that I needed with the best pricing and use of my insurance. Not the doctor nor any of the girls in the front who helped me were rushed. Just the contrary, while I picked out glasses, I watched several of the girls in the front help an elderly woman and another young woman who were having issues with their insurance’s be helped patiently. All the employees were patient, extremely polite, and competent, especially Gracie. She went above and beyond. This particular location was extremely clean and organized. I will now for any of my needs or my families, only go to this location. They all may be optical outlets, but the difference the personnel on this one make is enormous, and the professionalism is phenomenal.
