What a great experience. We chose a beautiful pair of designer frames and lenses were done to perfection by Darlene. I could not be more pleased. Would highly recommend optical factory you won’t be sorry.
There is absolutely not one negative thing you can say about this place. Family owned atmosphere, great selections. Awesome amazing staff that would bend over backwards just to make you happy. Always leaving there feeling like I've been given the 5 ⭐ treatment.
The temple fell off my wife's glasses on the flight to Clearwater. We went to Optical Factory and Showroom without an appointment. As soon as we arrived they took her glasses and repaired them as if we bought them from OFS. Their service is amazing.
Came in today to have my sunglasses fixed and Nick was so nice and forth coming with my options regarding the repair. Such a nice atmosphere and welcoming staff.
My mother damaged her glasses in a fall. I walked into Optical Factory for the first time (new to Largo) and was impressed by the quickness and kindness I was shown in repairing my mother's glasses. They went above and beyond by not charging me and they sent me home with a new glasses case for my mom too. Thank you so much!
