I am very happy with Dr. Laplume. He conducted a thorough examination, taking the time to explain my unique situation in detail. He identified areas to monitor and provided clear guidance on what to watch for. Initially, I was skeptical about Innovative Eye Care after my previous doctor retired as I worried that prices would increase significantly without a corresponding improvement in service. However, my experience has completely changed my perspective. Dr. Laplume has exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with his care. Additionally, the staff at Innovative Eye Care have always been exceptionally polite and accommodating, maintaining the same high standard of service I’ve come to appreciate.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience at Dr. Laplume's office at Innovative Eye Care. The ambiance was welcoming, and the staff made me feel at ease. Dr. Laplume was extremely patient and helpful when assisting me with my contact lenses and discussing various options. Overall, it was a delightful encounter.

I was excited to see that Dr LaPlume was associated with this group and when I had what I considered an important problem with my eye I made an appointment with him. Just as I was getting in my car to head to their office I received call from someone in the practice saying they did not take my insurance and apologized for their web site being erroneous. I am very disappointed because I always considered Dr La Plume to be excellent. I guess i have to stay with my current provider who is not nearly as good.

The doctor was prompt, friendly and courteous and very professional. He saw me at my request to check on the condition of my cornea after stitches had been removed a week previously, and I became concerned about the possibility of a rejection episode. Dr. Laplume was very reassuring. Since there did not appear to be a "rejection-in-progress", I felt comfortable waiting the additional two weeks to see my surgeon.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Anderson at Innovative EyeCARE and I cannot recommend him enough! His professionalism and expertise were truly impressive. The entire team was friendly and efficient, making my visit a breeze. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful eye care provider. Thank you, Dr. Anderson and team!
