One of the most professional and informative eye clinics I’ve ever had an appointment with. The staff, from the front to the back was just amazing. I get eye injections by doctor Ross he is just the best. I’ve been with this practice for 4 years now and I wouldn’t ever want to go anywhere else. I had cataract surgery a year ago which was also such a smooth process. The coordinator was informative (I think her name was caitlin) I was very nervous, but she eased my anxiety and explained the procedure throughly. Thank you Envision!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They are truly incompetent on every level. The owner of this place and the office management are a joke. They have no idea what they are doing. I ordered special lenses for my eyes at the doctor's recommendation. I agreed and signed medical documents stating that I would receive these lenses at $2900 per eye. I confirmed everything prior to my surgery. What happened? They put the wrong lens in my eyes! Yes, that is correct. They put the wrong lens in my eye.!! The doctor also doesn’t care about his patients. As he was putting a lens in one of my eyes, I asked him how long before he does the second eye. He casually told me then that it wouldn’t be him doing it. He said he wasn't staying there and it would be somebody else that they found. I would have never agreed to surgery with this doctor if he was only doing one cataract on one eye. Approximately 6 to 8 months later, I was getting nothing but jerked around from this office, and they kept telling me that they couldn’t find a doctor. Finally, approximately six months later, they scheduled my surgery. They told me to come in and pick up my preop package. And then, lo and behold , a few days before my surgery, they called me to tell me that the doctor wouldn’t be there or available to do my surgery! They said she was going to be out sick.The entire experience was a sheer incompetent fiasco. I had a new doctor review my situation, and my eyes were completed within 4 weeks at a different facility with a different doctor. Worst experience with any kind of medical facility in my 80 years. Be warned

I am so thankful that Envision Eye Specialists were around. I had a freak accident in my left eye & darn near lost that eyeball if it was not for Dr. Ross's Kind heart and his caring team. I am forever thankful for the Envision Eye team. Thank you to the moon and back! :)

Top tier eye care! I had both of my cataracts removed by Dr Bernstein and I now see like a teenager again. I decided to upgrade both of my lenses so I can see far, near and up close. The best decision I could ever make. The coordinator was informational and very professional, she definitely knew what she was doing. All the staff here is phenomenal.

I first and foremost would like to give a big shout out to Kaitlyn and Nancy the Surgery Coordinate and Office Manager of the practice. Today my uncle received lid surgery at the Countryside Surgical Center and we are beyond satisfied with not only his results but this entire process! Both Kaitlyn and Nancy provided my uncle and I with kindness and immense information regarding his procedure. They assured that any and all questions we may have had were answered. The entire staff was very kind and informative, making me and my uncle feel valued and understood. We were treated with the upmost respect with all appointments feeling like family gatherings… It was AWESOME! Would highly recommend
