The service at visionworks is very friendly and helpful. He took his time explaining all of the options that I had especially since I have progressive lenses. The only thing I will say is it was a little bit more expensive than I had anticipated but he did explain why and showed me other lens options. Overall I was pleased with the service and would definitely use visionworks again.

The staff at VW is always super helpful and quick. I ordered 4 pairs of glasses (3 were in my old frames) and I was checked out very quickly. They have a large selection of all the best frames designer too! I won’t go anywhere else for my glasses.

Called a couple of times and spoke to Kristine. She was extremely rude, no manners whatsoever I just had a basic question and she rudely put the call on hold for 28mins before i hung up. She was talking as if she is overloaded and has no time to talk for even one minute on the phone. Same happened second time too. Looks like there is only one person at store , but there is way to explain that . I have been to the store last year and i had a bad experience which i choose not to report. She is definitely one of the worst staff members i ever spoke to. As a business, staff should be trained on how to talk to customers. This is outright silly and foolish to run the store with people like this. I am going to another branch, its not my loss. Its yours !!!

This place takes good care of my eye care needs. The employees are always friendly and can answer all my questions. I won't go anywhere else for glasses.

The Manager helped me out with my purchase. He was very kind, knowledge and patient in helping me find the perfect frames and lenses. It was a smooth, stress-free process. I appreciate him for all of his assistance. I recommend Visionworks. They will take care of you and help you find what you need.
