The eye exam was quick and efficient. The doctor was VERY friendly and helpful. Because my eyes were dilated for the exam, they told me that they would be sensitive to light. They gave me a roll-up tinted see-through eye cover which worked GREAT. They told me that my glasses would be ready in 2 weeks. There are ready in half that time, and I am picking up both sets of glasses today. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

This establishment used to have very friendly and helpful staff. I have been a customer for nearly 22 years. However, my recent experience has not been positive. I have requested a transition lenses upgrade on at least three occasions, however, it was not provided as promised. I was informed that I did not request the service. Eventually, someone else assisted me. When I went to pick up my eyeglasses, some women told me that I'm a rude.

A positive and professional experience from start to finish! Mandy and Lorin went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Mandy and Erica were also delightful to deal with. I forgot the Doctors name but she was very professional and did a great job making it enjoyable.

Lisa assisted me with the purchase of sun glasses and every day glasses. She was amazing, knowledgeable and very friendly. Today I went in to pick up my glasses and Mandy assisted me. Very friendly also. I also had a pair of glasses that the right ear piece kept coming off. A gentleman Loren? Came out and fixed them as the screw was stripped. Kudos to all 3.

Great experience at Visionworks! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. The eye exam was thorough, and the doctor explained everything clearly. They also helped me pick out frames that fit my style and budget. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location for eye care and glasses!
