What a wonderful experience! Samantha was amazing! I got my first pair of glasses there. They were fast, very reasonable and super friendly. It could not have been a better experience. A++++ I love my glasses and I’m so happy I can see!

Dr Melino and his staff are simply AWESOME! All caring, pleasant and professional. Being the first time using my Humana Gold Plus Medicare Advantage plan, I didn't know what to expect. Sofia & Nick were friendly & efficient. Dr Merlino took his time and answered all of my questions, without rushing me. Very knowledgeable and kind. Wendy took care of the ordering of my contact lenses and the insurance. Overall a GREAT experience! Thank you all!

Went to Visionworks for an eye exam and look for glasses. Tera was very helpful with helping me look for glasses, different styles & colors. Also, checking with our insurance with questions we had asked, what was covered regarding glasses & eye exam. Ian was very helpful in scheduling appointment for my eye exam which there was a no show so I was able to see Brian Merlino,OD the same day. Brian Merlino,OD was very nice and thorough with my eye exam. We look forward to going back to Visionworks.

This location is the most FRUSTRATING to buy glasses. I've actually had to have the eye doctor walk with me to set the little "CLICK" of women straight as to WHO owns the insurance. They send back the wrong prescription and these woman will without a doubt pitch a hissy fit. They gang up on you INSISTING its YOUR fault you cannot see out of your glasses and youll have to "LEARN" to see out of them. This 30 day return policy with NO QUESTIONS ASKED is a pile of B.S. You know its bad when the EYE doctor has to intercede for the customer. My husband just went back today, himself, because the glasses have been adjusted 3 times and still hurt his nose. So he stopped by this location on SUNDAY to return and order different glasses....the ONLY woman working at the store TODAY was waiting on another customer, so my husband sat down to wait at one of the stations. He was there about 5 minutes...and in front of the other 2 customers she told my husband he was NOT allowed to sit in THOSE CHAIRS. They were for the employees and need to sit on the OTHER SIDE of the desk...the company does NOT like customers sitting in "Their" chairs. Her lame excuse was that someone had an accident??? In one of "THEIR" employee chairs???? Its ALWAYS SOMETHING with these women. Honestly, our insurance should DROP this location. We have never experienced such bullying and unprofessional behaviors from any of the other locations. Whoever is the manager of this location should be fired. But, I was told that she was one of the biggest offenders and now, you can see why these women act the way they do. Constant DRAMA. Our insurance doesn't cover that!!!

The doctor was great, very friendly. All the staff was very accommodating and friendly and helped me pick out my glasses. I got in and got an eye exam even without an appointment, they were able to put me on the schedule. Thank you to all the staff that were kind and patient with all the clients.
