Well, I have use eyeglasses all my life. Dealt with countless opticians. In all honesty this has been the best to date and i am 56. I brought my own frames( best in the market in my opinion,Ovvo optics and Ic Berlin) I need for far and close and transition to sunglasses... Im so happy. Great job...
Craig was an exemplary employee. Giving me different options based on what I told him I preferred for frames, helping me decide on the best choice, and was transparent and thorough of all of the options I opted in for when it came to my glasses. On top of all of that, my current frames were bending out of shape and he took the time to repair my frames which came out exceedingly well. Max reviews for Craig.
Ok this is the best service I have received anywhere, anytime. My new rescue pup got a hold of my glasses and practically destroyed them except for the lenses. I purchased them in St. Louis and only use them to watch the tv at night. I wear bifocal contacts all day. I hoped that they would have a frame the lenses would fit. Greg says, let's see what I can do. He goes behind the counter and works on the glasses for 15 minutes or so and brings them back to me back in one piece. He apologizes because he couldn't smooth out all the dents in the ear pieces. No charge. Service that I am certain I have never received elsewhere. One cannot go wrong at this establishment. I wish that I had a photo to attach to astound you all.
