I would like to thank Dr. Yuliya Barytska for the world class care she provided me today. Her touch and voice is gentle and confident. She is the first Optometry clinican to show me pictures and explain the characteristics of my eyes. She took time to explain what an eye freckle is. Her team was professional and well trained. The clinic was modern, clean, and well organized. I felt like a priority and would certainly recommend becoming a patient at Dr. Forrest & Associates Visionworks clinic.

Dylan was so helpful. The staff at this Vision works is always so helpful in calculating ways to save me money and buy flattering frames. I just bought two pairs of glasses with a 60% off coupon and as he was ringing me up he told me that there was a better way to buy the prescription sunglasses using a different promotion. There was no obnoxious upselling 10/10 stars
Dr Forrest was great!! I decided to change eye doctors because I iad some issues with my vision last year that never got resolution and my doctor who I had seen for years moved. So, I decided to go to VisionWorks because I knew they had a great selection of glass frames. I made an appointment with the associated eye doctor (Dr. Forrest) after I did some research. I got an appointment timely. She and her staff are amazing. She listened to me and thoroughly explained what was happening to my sis (it’s an aging thing). She discussed some options, like going back to get a look touch up. And…she even called me a few days after to recommend a new eye drop; granted, they may or may not work for me, but I won’t know until I try. And the staff was so great helping me narrow down my new frames…which can be a challenge. I would highly recommend them!
Many ways to inform a customer that they have 10 minute until close. Giving them a nasty and unwelcomed look is not one of them. The two ladies I encountered when I walked in were very rude! I knew the store was closing and only wanted to have a brief look, but I instantly changed my mind after this encounter. As someone who has been to this location before, I was highly disappointed and decided to take my business elsewhere. I am sure this will not hurt your business, but ways on how to handle these interactions better, should be discussed at this location.
Highly skilled and experienced optometrists who will do a full examination and assessment of eye health and not just a quick prescription update. Would highly recommend going here. The front desk was also extremely helpful in maximizing rebates even though this was an out of network provider so in the end it was just a nominal fee.
