I had a great experience with Alex. Throughout the entire process, Alex was professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable. The customer service was exceptional, and I never felt rushed at any point. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and how comfortable the interaction felt. I would highly recommend Vision Work to anyone seeking expert and professional service.

Took great care of me and made my decision easy. Alex and Dr. Porter were phenomenal and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. Customer service is top notch!
Great visit with the optician, very calm, approachable, and professional. He was easy to talk with, he provided impeccable service. The only thing is the front desk staff need to address persons as they come through the entrance. Other than that great service throughout.
Do not recommend coming here for any eye exam or test. I came here for a simple exam they recommended be getting my eyes dilated after completing the exam and the dilation they did not provide any further eye protection when leaving. Months later I’m experiencing issues with my eyes I’ve never experienced previously.
I recently visited this location for my own eye exam and glasses, and that experience went very well, which is why I felt comfortable returning with my son. Unfortunately, our visit for his contact lens fitting was extremely disappointing. My 15-year-old son, who has never worn contacts before, came in for a scheduled fitting with Dr. William Porter. Upon arrival, the receptionist appeared unsure of how to proceed and did not provide any hands-on guidance. Instead, she directed us to scan a QR code and watch a video on how to insert the lenses. For a first-time wearer, especially a minor, this was not appropriate or helpful. I requested assistance from the doctor, as he was expected to examine my son once the contacts were in. The receptionist returned and stated that he was unavailable and that we would need to schedule another appointment—despite the fact that we had already informed the office of the purpose of our visit in advance. During this time, no one stepped in to assist. My son struggled to insert the lenses, dropped one, and became understandably frustrated. I was also left without any guidance, and no alternative help was offered. The lack of support and professionalism was very concerning. When I requested a refund for the $103.50 I paid out of pocket for a service that was not provided, I was told refunds are not given. The response was dismissive, and the interaction lacked basic customer care. Although the office manager later called to apologize, which I do appreciate, there has still been no resolution. I have since had to file a dispute with my credit card company and will be contacting my vision insurance provider regarding the incomplete service. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially after a positive initial visit. I hope the office improves its communication, training, and customer service practices to ensure other patients do not have a similar experience The only thing that I would give kudos to is the opposite side where they give you the frames the girls on that side are sweethearts the ones on the Doctor side don't even have a personality
