Visionworks 325

Back when I had an eye appt a year ago the doctor I hadn't been able to read due to my glasses. The doctor at this vision works said my previous ones were made incorrectly. It's so much better now! But this review is about the amazing front desk team and retail team. I am in another state for the summer and broke my frames. The lenses were fine. I called and asked them to send me a frame and not only were they wo helpful but instead of the week and a half they told me it would probably take to get it to me. They actually overnighted it to me and I got it at the very next day. I couldn't believe it when I receive them because my second pair is not very good and I love this pair so much. Thank you thank you the best eye place I've ever been to all around.

Update... I have changed the feedback from negative to positive because Gabby the manager Has exceeded my expectations, the problems and issues I had, have been corrected thanks to MGR. Gabby. She's obviously a manager because she knows how to do the job properly.I just wish it would have been done right The first time, but I am totally satisfied now after having her step in to help. I have been a customer for many years.At least ten years.And the reason I go here is they have such a large choice of glasses. My insurance pays for the glasses so usually if I go to other shops, they don't have quite as big of a selection as vision works in port richie does. AND I REALLY LIKE THESE GLASSES. I DID NOT WANT TO HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WANTED TO BE ABLE TO ENJOY THESE, AND NOW I AM ENJOYING THEM. THANK YOU. So I will continue to shop here.Hopefully, for another ten years, as long as I don't have any issues in the future.

Kathy is AMAZING!!! She runs the store like a well oiled machine! And she STILL takes care of customers!!! My mother-in-law lost her glasses, during a recent hospital stay. Kathy found her in the system and had everything ready to go, when I arrived at the store. I had also broke my glasses and needed help with that as well. She found my same pair, popped out my lenses and put them into the new pair. I don't have the warranty, so I had to pay out of pocket and Kathy really helped make that affordable. I can't speak about the doctor, I've never been a patient. I will say that her team is outstanding as well and very respectful.

Dr Austin and tech Jose were absolutely amazing. They were very informative and helpful. You feel great about all the information they give you regarding your eye health. Thanks to the both of you for your caring and kindness though the whole process!!

Great service, great selection. The doctors and the technicians were very thorough and polite. Prices were outrageous but they will offer you a discount coupon to bring them down to everybody else's prices.
