Seem like nice people with a nice place, but good luck getting an appointment. 1 week the online system was down, so rescheduled for another week. The next appointment had to be cancelled since they double booked it.
My first Visionworks experience was back in 4th grade...so maybe 40ish years ago!!! Exceptional company for all these years. Here in Tallahassee the people running the shop are also exceptional. Great humans! The quality of the glasses (progressives) are better than any other (including CHP no offense chp) and when utilizing their ridiculously generous coupons, less expensive than the rest! They clean better, their view is wider, they are lighter and thinner AND sharper than any competition imo... (haven't tried them all but have branched out to others over the years). Thank you Tallahassee Visionworks for always taking care of me, every time no matter what!
This place is amazing!!! We saw Dr. Joe and he is a phenomenal!!! We had great service by everyone we spoke to!! Dr. Joe is the only doctor that took the time to find out why I couldn't see clearly and diagnosed me with Fuchs Cornea Dystrophy. He prescribed me the right medication, and now it's under control and I'm back at 20/20.
I wasn't a prior customer, but Sofia fixed my glasses in about 10 minutes and didn't charge me a thing! She was so awesome! I will now be a regular customer and have told several people about them already!
Having been through many eye exams in my 76 years, I have to say the Tallahassee Visionworks was far and above most other options The Dr was thorough and informative and the CSR was wonderful.
