I've been going to this store for 4 years now and I can't say enough positive words about my eye care and service that I have received over this time. Doctor Nicotra is very compassionate takes her time and responds very professionally about any concerns you may have. Jared is highly impressive in knowing what I prefer when it comes to helping me pick out frame styles and rembering how I like my glasses adjusted. His customer service skills go far beyond any I have received over the years at other places. He also makes sure to maximize my insurance benefits and that is very much appreciated based on past experiences at other eyeglass stores. I hope Visionworks realizes what they have with Doctor Nicotra and Jared being on their team.

The staff is so warm welcoming and helpful! I had an amazing experience from start to finish. I strongly recommend making your appointment with them. Which you can continently do online and you do not have to wait months to see a dr i went on the website scheduled my appoint within a week!!! Five stars the best eye appointment i have experienced

Went in to your establishment yesterday due to the fact, decided I wasn't Happy with Wire Frames, preferred plastic frames, was greeted upon entering the store by your staff member, Larry....Larry was Very Nice, Friendly, & Helpful! He took Care of All My Needs Perfectly & Gave Wonderful Customer Service.....He even took the time to set up a tray of Frames for me to choose from, Awesome Job! Very Happy & Pleased with My Visit....A+ Service & Top Notch Treatment!! Highly Recommend....😊👍

Went in to get my glasses warranty the glasses that I had were no longer available so the associate Rosa took the time to find me a new pair was very accommodating Not only did she take the time to help me get a new pair but she also took a few minutes and repaired the old ones to where I could use them. Everyone in the store is very pleasant. Well mannered just a great place. Would recommend anybody go to them exceptional customer service

The only good person at this location was the eye doctor. The three associates I interacted with. Two in person and one on the phone were extremely rude and unprofessional. The gentleman associate I dealt with didn’t even want to look into my insurance. Trying to force me to buy another prescription and told me I had to pay either 280 or 595! I do not recommend this Vision works at all. The woman I initially spoke to was very rude in her commentary towards the glasses I selected. And the women I spoke to on the phone heard my last name and right away gave me a major attitude and didn’t even want to verify that my glasses were indeed there. Placing me on holding for several minutes and coming back with more attitude telling me to wait for a text that I had received but she didn’t want to hear anything from me bcuz she couldn’t get my last name right. Spelled it several times, said it several times and she still couldn’t pull up my account and I am American my first language is English. Extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend. I ended up going to another visionworks, got exactly what I needed. They were extremely professional and I didn’t have to pay an arm and leg because I have AMAZING insurance. They found my account with ease. No issues whatsoever! This place needs to do better.
