I had the absolute best customer service experience at Visionworks Cortez Plaza. From the moment I walked in, every single team member went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely welcoming. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained my options clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a location where everyone delivers this level of service, but this team truly does. Amazing staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Representative name Rachel walked me through every step and even helped me get some vision insurance that would help with what I was needing. Rachel is definitely a star employee. I will continue to come back to this vision works just to see her and the doctor.

This place is called Paradise Eyes too or whatever. Anyways it was my first time and I had a great experience. I used to go to Optical Outlets before and was amazed by the difference in care! I had filled out the questionnaire before coming to the appointment for 10am so my wait time was super short (5-10 min). Amy was awesome, super nice and welcoming. I did not feel pressured at all. Also the frames selection is actually pretty good, plenty of cute styles on the affordable side (styles start at 69 dollars and up). I was in and out by 10:45ish. The Doctor was pretty quiet but professional.

Had my eye exam appointment on Saturday. Dr Hays was absolutely amazing! Most caring and compassionate eye doctor i've ever met. I highly recommend going to see him for all of your eye needs!

Rachel who checked me in and Amy who assisted with my glasses and lens order was very pleasant, professional and helpful and made me feel so comfortable. Dr Hays was excellent and was very knowledgeable, he took his time to eplain the process and answer my questions and addressed my concerns. I was very pleased with my overall experience. Thank you!
